Sensei Rurak

Sensei Donna Rurak is a second degree black belt in Shotokan. She finds it important to instill a sense of confidence in all people. Donna's late husband taught her kindness and patience; first with herself - so she can be better others as well. She is happy to bring a compassionate way of training for students of all ages- all inclusivity. Sensei Rurak is the head instructor of Karate at YMATC for both Youth and Adult programs and her goal is to build a healthy level of instruction in karate for the benefit of the Yorkton and area community.
