Sensei Trach
Assistant Instructor - Karate
Sensei Trach started training at the age of 8 at the new Canora Karate Club under the late Sensei James Kushner. During that time he won numerous medals at regional and provincial tournaments and was selected to participate in the Sask Winter Games in 1988 winning silver in Team Kata. He has been fortunate to take in seminars and summer camps with top Senseis such as Nishiyama and Katsumata. Sensei Trach took a long break from Karate (approx. 32 years!) when the club dissolved, but ultimately made it back, training alongside his two sons and achieved his Shodan. Outside of Karate his interests and hobbies include: drumming, hunting, snowmobiling, and motorcycles. Sensei Trach is also a journeyman Autobody tech at K&T Autobody in Canora, SK.
